Managing Members in a Workspace
Managing members within a workspace in Labelo is an essential feature that enhances collaboration and streamlines project management, especially when working with teams on multiple projects. Workspaces provide a structured environment where users can organize projects, assign roles, and manage permissions, making teamwork more efficient and coordinated.
This document will give you an overview on assigning members to a workspace and removing them from the corresponding workspace.
Access the Manage Members Section
To begin with, navigate to the project page where you can see the Manage Members
button at the top rightmost corner.
Note
The button won’t be active when all projects are selected and displayed.
The below modal appeared on the button click will contain all the organization members.
Assign Members to a Workspace
Choose the members to be assigned to the workspace and move them under Workspace Members
and click on the Assign
button so that they will become the members of that workspace.
TIP
When adding members to a workspace, carefully assign roles based on each team member’s expertise and the specific needs of the project.
Repeat this process for each workspace to ensure that different organization members are assigned according to the requirements of each project.
